- Arizona: Mohave, Yavapai and Coconino counties
- Arkansas: Pulaski, Lonoke, Saline, White, Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties
- Texas: El Paso and Travis counties
- Washington state: Spokane, Benton, Franklin and Yakima counties
Arcadian Health Plan's quality care services are available to members who visit physicians within the provider network. The Medicare Advantage plan is provided to Medicare-eligible individuals – with either low or no premiums. The network offers a variety of physicians and hospitals to choose from, with low co-pays that provide reduced expenses for excellent health care. Additionally, prescription drug coverage is built into the plan. This ensures that all Medicare-eligible seniors are provided with high-quality, affordable insurance programs for their increasing medical and prescription expenses.

In addition to the Medicare Advantage program, Arcadian Management Services provides administrative and management services for health care provider groups, hospitals and health plans.
