Regence BCBS of Oregon also offers members quality insurance plans at a budget-wise cost. These include:

• Regence Breakthru: This plan is a new one for residents living in Clark County, Washington. There are two deductible options, and preventive care is covered as well as both in and out-patient hospitalization. It also offer a child-only coverage option.
• Blue Selections Plus/Premier: These plans have a 70-80% co-insurance amount and deductibles ranging from $500-$7,500. Office visits, including immunizations and well-child visits are covered with a small copay, and prescription drug coverage is available. Vision service is also offered.
• Blue Selections Basic: As the name suggests, this plan is the most basic. Members are responsible for a 50% co-insurance for most services, including well-child and preventive visits. The benefit of such a plan is that the monthly premiums are lower than with other plans.
• Regence HSA: This consumer-driven plan covers professional services, well-visits and hospitalization with an 80% co-insurance. Deductibles start at $1,500 for an individual and $3,000 for a family.

In addition to these insurance policies, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon also offers its members access to a dental plan and discounts on vision care, massage therapy and hearing services.
