Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Washington offers a range of products, including:

• Heritage Protector Plus 20 allows members to see healthcare providers from both within and from outside of their network, however, members will enjoy more savings by using network providers.  Members have a choice of two deductibles.  Coinsurance is 20% when seeing network providers and 50% when using providers who do not belong to the network.  Services include preventative care exams, diagnostic services, and hospital services.
• Heritage Value Plus 30 offers a choice of three deductibles and a 30% coinsurance when seeing medical providers who belong to the network and a 50% coinsurance when seeing non-network providers.  Coverage includes prescription drugs with a separate deductible, diagnostic services, and hospitalization.
