Celtic Coverage

Celtic has individual insurance plans available in many states across the United States. Plans offered vary from state to state, and benefits in plans may vary from state to state, as well. Their offerings include:  

• CeltiCare II Select PPO has five deductible choices available ranging form $500 to $5,000.  Coverage includes hospitalization, office visits for illnesses, and discounts on prescription drugs.  Optional benefits include prescription drug coverage.


• CeltiCare II “Any Doc” PPO Plan has deductibles ranging form $500 to $5,000.  Coverage includes office visits for illnesses, hospitalization, and discounts on prescription drugs.  Optional benefits include prescription drug coverage.


• CeltiCare II Managed Indemnity Plan has deductions from $500 to $5,000. Coverage includes hospitalization and discounts on prescription drugs.  Optional benefits include prescription drug coverage.

• Celtic Basic Health Plan has the choice of three deductibles, $1,500, $2,500, and $5,000 for network healthcare providers. There may be additional deductibles on some covered services. Benefits include preventative care, hospitalization, rehabilitation facility services, ambulance services, and discounts on prescription drugs. This is a PPO Plan.  Members will save more when they use network healthcare providers.


• Celtic has two HSA plans available, CelticSaver HSA PPO (Doctor and Hospital Network) and CelticSaver HSA Managed Indemnity (No Network) from which to choose.  HSA plans combine high deductibles with possible tax savings. Coverage includes office visits for illnesses, prescription drugs, and hospitalization.
