• Health Savings Account (HSA) Plans – combination of a high deductible insurance plan and a tax-favored savings account, allowing members to more effectively pay for their health care expenses.
• High Deductible Plans – lower premiums, but families and individuals must take additional responsibility for routine health care expenses; typically higher deductibles and out-of-pocket costs with this plan.
• Traditional Copay Plans – copayment is required at the time of service for routine medical expenses; members must select the network option to lower the cost of the premium. Out-of-network provider services are available, but at an additional expense.
• Saver Options – offers the lowest premiums for members seeking the most affordable health care coverage available.
• Short Term Medical – provides a temporary health insurance option for individuals who are unemployed or need short-term coverage.
