Group Health Plans
PacificSource's group insurance is available for Oregon businesses and organizations with two or more employees:

• FlexPerks – Combines a low-cost health plan with a personal spending account and a debit card.
• Personal Options – Provides employees with choices about copayments, networks, and deductibles.
• Preferred – Includes a preferred provider organization (PPO) structure, with reimbursement based on a fee schedule.
• Prime – Managed care plan that requires members to choose a primary care provider and obtain referrals for specialist visits.
• Choice – Combines PPO and managed care products, providing increased flexibility for members.

The PacificSource group benefits include preventive care, office visits and hospital services, with additional coverage for vision, prescription drugs, dental, and more.

Individual and Family PacificSource Plans
PacificSource's individual and family plans are available through their Elect products. Elect policies are available to Oregon residents who are not covered by Medicare.
