• Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) Product – Members must always see a provider within the network, except for emergencies.
• Plus Product – Includes a point-of-service (POS) feature, allowing members to visit both participating and non-participating providers.
• Premier Product – Features an open access network, meaning members may choose any provider or facility.

More than 3,500 providers are available in SelectHealth's network, so members have an extensive choice of physicians. SelectHealth members do not need to obtain a referral from their primary care provider to visit a specialist or get approval for covered medical procedures.

SelectHealth also offers HIPUtah, a state established health insurance pool for the needs of people in Utah with serious medical conditions that prevent them from getting health insurance. The state of Utah contracted with SelectHealth to offer the HIPUtah plan to provide coverage for those suffering from chronic illnesses, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases.
