Texas United HealthCare's Golden Rule plans utilize one of the largest and most respected networks of providers in the country, through United HealthCare. With the flexibility of having so many qualified providers to choose from, backed by Golden Rule's experience and excellent customer service, individuals and families in Texas are well supported in their health care choices.

Texas United HealthCare members can select from a variety of Golden Rule's plans, offering affordable, quality health care options for each member's particular needs. Choose from the following:

• Golden Rule Health Savings Account (HSA) 100 – Expenses are covered at 100% after the deductible, with coverage for prescription drugs, routine office visits, surgery, testing, and hospitalization all included. Doctor visit copays are not required for this plan.
• Golden Rule Health Savings Account (HSA) Saver – This plan is similar to the HSA 100, however premiums are lower and outpatient benefits are not as comprehensive.
• Traditional Copay Plans – A copayment is made when members receive routine medical expenses; selecting the network option offers lower premiums. Selecting out-of-network provider services will be more expensive than the in-network option.
• High Deductible Plans – This plan requires families and individuals to take the added responsibility of paying for routine health care expenses, but the premiums are much lower.
• Short Term Medical – Members who need temporary health insurance may opt for this short-term plan.
