New York Health Insurance

Many people today in New York are unable to get group healthcare insurance coverage.  In order to protect their families and their financial stability, these people have the option of taking out individual healthcare policies.  Since the costs of insurance cannot be spread out over a large group of people, the premiums of individual insurance policies can have an impact on a budget.  However, what is the true cost of peace of mind?  If you are looking for an individual healthcare policy, make sure that you understand what is required by law in New York for individual policies and if the state can assist you if you are having trouble getting individual coverage.
